Yes — the Free plan grants 5 credits every period (about 5 video interviews), with AI scoring, full transcripts and Interview Shield included. Upgrade only when you need more volume.
A credit is the unit your plan spends on AI Interviewer actions. One AI video interview costs 1 credit, a phone screening 0.5, a coding interview up to 1 — so a 1,000-credit Pro plan covers 1,000 video interviews, 2,000 phone screens, or any mix in between.
It depends on the plan and pack size: ₹299 per interview on Grow's entry pack, easing to ₹129 on its largest; then a flat ₹99 — about $1 — on Pro's high-volume packs. Annual billing takes a further 15% off those rates, and Enterprise is custom-quoted.
No. Credits reset at the start of each billing period — you begin every cycle with your plan's full grant. Plan around the credits you'll actually use this period.
An action that would take your balance below zero is declined until you upgrade or your next period grants a fresh balance. You can upgrade any time from your dashboard to keep working without interruption.
Action rates are identical on every plan — a video interview is always 1 credit. What falls with volume is the price of the credit itself: ₹299 on Grow's entry pack down to ₹99 on Pro's largest packs. One rate card, no per-plan fine print.
Token usage is proportional and the rate is the same on every plan: 3 credits per 100,000 tokens. A job that uses 142,000 tokens spends about 4.3 credits.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you need. If you cancel, you keep access to your remaining period; unused credits expire at the end of that period.
Yes — for the cases that matter: a technical problem on our side that support can't resolve, duplicate or accidental billing, or a missing core capability that was advertised at purchase. EU/EEA residents also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Change-of-mind refunds aren't offered, so start on the Free plan to evaluate first. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Prices are listed exclusive of GST. For Indian businesses, 18% GST applies at checkout — use the incl. GST toggle above the plans to preview inclusive amounts. If your business is GST-registered you can typically claim it back as input tax credit, so the ex-GST price is your effective cost. International purchases are zero-rated exports, so no GST applies.
